Sketchbook is here!

Well, my sketchbook arrived, so i'm going to start my journey... ugh! Today is health screening day,i have to fast, and can only have black coffee, yum! will post pic as soon as I actually sketch something!

Sketchbook on its way!

Well got an email tellling me they have shipped out my sketchbook! I'm a bit apprehensive, I REALLY want to quit smoking, but have absolutely no success... I'm fine at home, dont want to smoke, but when I get to work, that's when I REALLY want one, and driving.. I'm hoping that this project will help me not only to quit, but also to get a bit more creative, start thinking outside the box, so I'm starting to get excited about this whole thing!

On hold til my sketchbook comes!

ok, so i started this blog without thinking that my sketchbook arrives in a couple of weeks, so i have no sketches yet to put in this blog! duh!!!! so, i think i'll add a few teasers of other sketchbooks that are in this project, by other really cool artists, and remind other artists out there, there is still time to sign up for this project!!

Day One: "The Beginning!"

Ok, so I decided to join the Sketchbook project 2011!

My Sketchbook theme is coffee and cigarettes, very fitting, as I'm going to use this sketchbook as my journal for actually stopping smoking (something that I SAY I'm going to do but never actually do...)
I'm looking for this sketchbook to be my diversion when I want a smoke, and my release when I'm goin crazy LOL of course since I'm planning on consuming mass amounts of coffee during this period, I look forward to lots of caffeine induced sketchbook ramblings!
Anyway, I cant wait til my sketchbook gets here, and the kick off begins!
